Ordering & Payment
We use the latest secure checkout technology provided by RBS Worldpay where you can be assured that your transaction is encrypted, safe and secure. Once you have placed an order you can view your most recent order in either the order confirmation e-mail or via your account (if you chose this option on checkout).
Throughout the order process you will be updated on progress via email. Normally unless there is an issue with payment or further verification is required your order will be processed to dispatch stage and released for delivery on the same day.
We carry large stocks of our products and delivery is next working day however on occasions where we are reliant on third parties and during exceptionally busy periods your order may be delayed. You will be notified of any delay via e-mail normally on the day of order and kept up to date with progress.
Cancelling your Order:
We endeavour to process all orders as fast as we possibly can therefore if it is necessary to cancel an order please call our customer service number immediately on TBC otherwise it could be dispatched immediately from our warehouse. Should you wish to change an order please contact us.
